I am a professional coach specializing in ADHD, High Intellectual Potential (giftedness), and neurodivergent individuals. I support teenagers and adults in better understanding how they think and function, helping them transform everyday challenges into opportunities for growth and success.
My coaching is evidence-informed, practical, and strengths-based. I help clients develop personalized strategies to improve organization, emotional regulation, self-confidence, work-life balance, and overall well-being in both their personal and professional lives.
I completed my ADHD coach training with the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), an internationally recognized leader in ADHD coach education, as well as my giftedness training through Cathy Assenheim’s HyperAcademy. These programs provide a solid foundation in current knowledge of neurodevelopment and best practices in coaching neurodivergent individuals.
I work with clients on challenges such as executive functioning, time management, procrastination, emotional regulation, self-esteem, career transitions, burnout prevention, and adapting to life after an ADHD or giftedness diagnosis. My goal is to help clients build practical skills while embracing the strengths that come with their unique way of thinking.
Every coaching journey is tailored to the client’s unique needs, goals, and pace. Together, we identify obstacles, build on existing strengths, and develop realistic, sustainable strategies that can be applied directly to everyday life.
I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where neurodivergent clients feel understood, respected, and accepted for who they are. This trusting partnership creates the conditions for meaningful, lasting change.
Beyond tools and strategies, my goal is to help each client gain a deeper understanding of themselves, embrace their strengths, and build the confidence to move forward with greater clarity, balance, and autonomy in the areas of life that matter most to them.
